The Process
This will help you understand how it works.
Enquire: send us an email with the exact model, sub model, turbo or NA, manual or auto and preferred kilometres and we will give you a estimate of what it will cost to get your vehicle.
Finding the car: once you’re ready we will send you upcoming vehicles that match your requirements, if you’re interested in a car we send you we will translate the auction sheet and do inspections if required.
Bidding: you’re happy with a car that has been sent to you and you’re ready to bid, there is a deposit required to bid, this is returned if the bid is not successful. If the bid is successful this will be deducted off the final invoice.
Payment: the bid was successful and we won your vehicle! There will be an invoice sent to you which needs to be paid within 3 working days.
Shipping: once payments received the vehicle will be transported to the closest port and 20+ photos of the car will be sent to you before being loaded onto the boat. It can take 1.5-3months for your vehicle to arrive from the day of winning the auction.
Arrival: the vehicle will arrive in New Zealand and once released from customs be delivered directly to your door. Compare the photos you received before shipment and alert us to any damage etc that wasn’t there. The job is done!
Compliance: the vehicle will need to go through its entry compliance check before being registered on NZ roads, we can help with this process but the vehicle will need to arrive at our port, depending on your location in NZ this will add an extra fee to get the vehicle to your end of the country.
